1. SALES POLICY
- All sales are final. Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

2. USED EQUIPMENT – DIMENSIONS & BUYER RESPONSIBILITY
By purchasing any used equipment from PowerFit Depot, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to the following:
- The buyer is solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, weight, and access requirements of the equipment prior to purchase, including but not limited to doors, hallways, elevators, stairways, ceiling height, and installation area.
- The buyer confirms that the equipment will properly fit through all entry points and within the intended location.
- PowerFit Depot and Florida Quick Fitness Repairs are not responsible if the equipment cannot be delivered, installed, or placed due to size, weight, or access limitations at the buyer’s location.
- In the event that delivery is attempted and the equipment does not fit or cannot be installed for any reason related to space or access, the buyer remains fully responsible for:
• The full purchase price (all sales are final)
• Delivery and return transportation fees
• Any labor or handling costs incurred - No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted due to equipment not fitting through doors, hallways, elevators, or designated spaces.
By completing the purchase, the buyer expressly accepts this responsibility and waives any claim against PowerFit Depot and Florida Quick Fitness Repairs related to size, fitment, or access issues.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

4. WARRANTY

4.1 WARRANTY & CONDITION For Certified Reconditioned and Used equipment, all items are Sold As-Is. These units are fully tested and serviced before dispatch to ensure they are in full working order. Unless specifically stated otherwise on a unique product page, no long-term warranty on parts or labor is provided after the date of purchase.
5. LIABILITY
PowerFit Depot and Florida Quick Fitness Repairs are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products.
6. AFFILIATE PROGRAM
